Auditory Bombardment is the first stage in sound therapy. In this phase, the child hears you or the video use the target sound correctly, and the child just LISTENS. The child is exposed to many repetitions of the target sound.
Use earphones so the child can hear clearly free from distractions.
Do this for three sessions: Read aloud the wordlist, then have the child listen to the Speech and Language Home Practice Video, and finally read the drill book pages aloud while the child follows along.
Once the child knows exactly what the target words are you can begin the next phase.
